Lana is your guide to the LeanScaper Operating System. Ask questions, get guidance, and work with AI that knows your business.
Who is Lana?
Lana is how you interact with LeanScaper AI. She's the point of contact for getting things done, whether that's answering questions, helping you think through a problem, or connecting you with specialist agents for deeper work.
What makes Lana different from generic AI? She draws from LeanScaper OS expertise built specifically for landscape contractors, plus everything your company has added to LeanDocs and Files. She's not starting from zero. She understands your industry, your challenges, and increasingly, your specific business.
The more you build your knowledge base, the more Lana becomes an expert on how YOUR company operates. That's the compounding advantage.
LeanScaper OS: Lana is the front desk of your operating system. She handles most requests directly and routes specialized work to the right place. One conversation, a whole team working behind the scenes.
Starting a Conversation
Click Lana AI in the sidebar to open the chat interface.
When you start a new chat, Lana greets you with sample prompts. These are just examples to get you started. Type whatever you need.
Type your question in the input field and hit send. Or use the microphone button to talk instead of type.
Chat History
Click History in the top right to see your past conversations.
Conversations are organized by when you last used them. Click any conversation to pick up where you left off. Use the trash icon to delete conversations you no longer need.
Your chat history syncs between web and mobile. A conversation you started on your phone shows up here, and vice versa.
Your Chats Are Private
Nobody else can see your chats with Lana. Not your team members, not your admin, not even company owners. Use Lana to think through problems, draft ideas, or work through something sensitive. When you save something as a LeanDoc, it becomes visible to others based on permissions you set. Until then, chats stay private.
Voice Input
Click the microphone button next to the input field to talk instead of type. Click once to start recording, speak your question, click again to stop. Your words get transcribed and sent to Lana.

Lana provides helpful guidance based on LeanScaper OS expertise and your company's LeanDocs, but she can get things wrong. Always apply your own judgment. If something doesn't seem right, trust your experience.
