What Are Agents?
Agents are focused AI tools designed to help with specific types of work. While Lana handles general questions and day-to-day tasks, agents go deeper on particular topics.
Think of it this way: Lana is who you talk to for most things. Agents are specialists you visit when you have a specific job to do.

LeanScaper Agents vs. My Agents
The Agents page has two tabs:
LeanScaper shows specialists built by LeanScaper. These are trained on LeanScaper OS methodology and ready to use.
My Agents shows custom agents you or your team have created. These are specialists built with your own instructions and knowledge from your LeanDocs.
Available Specialists
Here are some of the specialists available:
CMO Agent
Marketing strategy, brand positioning, messaging, competitive research. Has web search access, so you can ask about your website, competitors, and market trends.
SOP Agent
Building and refining standard operating procedures step by step
ICP Agent
Developing your ideal customer profile
Strategy Agent
Business planning, decision frameworks, strategic thinking
CFO Agent for financial guidance and CHRO Agent for people management are coming soon.
Each specialist brings focused expertise and follows structured approaches to their domain. The CMO Agent knows marketing frameworks and can research your competition. The SOP Agent knows how to build procedures that actually get followed. They go deeper than general conversation.
How to Use Agents
You can get to agents two ways:
Go direct. Click Agents in the sidebar, find the specialist you need, and start a conversation. Do this when you know what kind of work you're doing.
Follow Lana's lead. When you ask Lana something that would benefit from specialist help, she'll point you to the right agent. You stay in control of when to switch.
Custom Agents
Beyond LeanScaper's built-in specialists, you can create your own. Click + Create from the Agents page to build an agent with custom instructions and knowledge from your LeanDocs.
Custom agents are specialists for YOUR business:
A safety compliance agent with your safety manual as its knowledge base
A client communication agent trained on your best emails and templates
A sales objection handler that helps your team respond consistently
The knowledge that used to live only in your head becomes accessible to your whole team.
