microphone-linesRecording Huddles

Capture any meeting on your phone. The AI turns it into a summary with action items.

Hit record. Run your meeting. Everything important gets documented.

Starting a Recording

From the home screen, tap Start huddle to open the huddle interface. Then tap Start recording to begin.

Place your phone in the center where it can hear everyone, or pass it around as people speak. You're sharing one device for the whole meeting.

During the Recording

While recording, you'll see a timer and audio waveform showing the recording is active. The screen also displays the standard huddle agenda as a reminder.

The agenda structure: The on-screen prompts remind you to cover Wins, Working, Wants, and Safety. You don't have to follow it exactly, but it helps the AI organize the output.

Section
What to Cover

Wins

What went well yesterday? Give props to teammates.

Working

What processes are clicking? What should we keep doing?

Wants

What does the team need? Materials, equipment, help?

Safety

Any safety topics, reminders, or observations?

Identify yourself. Since everyone shares one phone and the AI doesn't detect individual voices, say your name when you speak: "This is Marcus. We need more mulch delivered to Oak Street."

Ending the Recording

When you're done, tap End. You can also pause and resume if needed, or delete the recording if you want to start over.

Uploading Your Huddle

If you're offline when you finish recording, the huddle saves locally. When you reconnect, you'll see it in your list ready to upload.

Processing

Once uploaded, the huddle shows a "Processing" status. This typically takes a few minutes depending on length.

When processing completes, the huddle shows the timestamp and who recorded it.

Viewing Results

View the full summary on the web app. You'll see the structured output: summary, wins, what's working, wants, safety topics, and action items.

Mobile viewing coming soon. For now, huddle summaries are best viewed on web where you have more screen space. Mobile viewing is on the roadmap.

Finding Past Huddles

The huddle screen has three tabs:

Tap any huddle to see its status or upload it if pending.

Tips for Better Results

Keep it focused. 10-15 minutes is ideal. Long meetings produce noisier summaries.

Speak clearly. The AI handles background noise, but clear speech helps.

Name names. "Marcus, can you handle the equipment check?" is more useful than "someone should check the equipment."

Be specific. "We need mulch at Johnson" beats "we need stuff."
